Kebijakan Privasi ini merupakan komitmen PT Acupressure Academy (selanjutnya disebut “Relaxology” atau “Kami”) untuk melindungi dan menghargai setiap Informasi Pribadi pengguna situs https://relax.co.id/ (“Website”) dan aplikasi Relaxology (“Aplikasi”). Kebijakan Privasi ini menjelaskan bagaimana Relaxology mengelola, menggunakan, serta melindungi data dan Informasi Pribadi yang Anda berikan sehubungan dengan penggunaan website dan Aplikasi. Dengan mengakses dan menggunakan website maupun Aplikasi, Anda dianggap telah membaca, memahami, dan menyetujui pengumpulan, pemrosesan, dan penggunaan data pribadi Anda sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam Kebijakan Privasi ini.

Kebijakan Privasi ini akan efektif mulai tanggal yang tercantum di Kebijakan Privasi ini. Relaxology dapat sewaktu-waktu mengubah, menambah, atau memperbarui Kebijakan Privasi ini untuk menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan layanan, perubahan hukum, peraturan yang berlaku dan perubahan persyaratan hukum atau peraturan, dengan mengunggah Kebijakan Privasi ini yang telah direvisi di Aplikasi, termasuk apabila terdapat perubahan kebijakan signifikan yang memengaruhi layanan saat Anda berkunjung ke Relaxology. Ketika menggunakan Aplikasi, Anda dianggap menyetujui perubahan tersebut dan melepaskan hak untuk menerima pemberitahuan khusus. Oleh karena itu, Anda disarankan untuk meninjau halaman Kebijakan Privasi ini dari waktu ke waktu untuk melihat bilamana adanya perubahan. Jadi, mohon baca Kebijakan Privasi ini dengan seksama untuk memastikan bahwa Anda memahami bagaimana proses pengolahan data yang dilakukan oleh Relaxology.

Pengumpulan Informasi Pribadi

Saat Anda menggunakan Aplikasi Relaxology, mengakses website, dan mengunjungi outlet Relaxology, Relaxology dapat mengumpulkan informasi tentang Penggunaan dan Layanan yang Anda gunakan (selanjutnya akan memakai istilah “Informasi Pribadi”). Informasi Pribadi ini dapat termasuk, tetapi tidak terbatas pada, detail identifikasi pribadi Anda seperti nama depan dan belakang, nama pengguna, kata sandi, nomor telepon, informasi akun keuangan seperti tanggal lahir, dan informasi demografi serta data perangkat (seperti Nomor ID Android Pengguna). Relaxology dapat mengumpulkan Informasi Pribadi tambahan tertentu, antara lain, sebagai berikut:

1. Informasi domisili dengan tujuan promosi atau tujuan lain yang ditentukan oleh Relaxology seperti rekomendasi tempat terdekat dari waktu ke waktu. 
2. Kami menggunakan data Anda untuk memproses transaksi di semua outlet Relaxology dan Aplikasi, termasuk pemesanan, pembelian, program loyalitas, dan promosi. Kami juga mengelola langganan dan poin loyalitas Anda, menanggapi pertanyaan layanan pelanggan, serta menerima ulasan Anda di aplikasi. Selain itu, kami mengirimkan promosi yang dipersonalisasi, mendeteksi dan mencegah penipuan, serta terus mengembangkan layanan demi memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik.
3. Dalam terjadi kesalahan apapun dalam Aplikasi, Relaxology dapat mengumpulkan data dan informasi (melalui produk Pihak Ketiga) yang disebut “Data Log”. Data Log ini yang dimaksud dapat mencakup informasi Alamat Protokol Internet (“IP”) perangkat pengguna, nama perangkat, versi sistem operasi, konfigurasi Aplikasi saat menggunakan Layanan Relaxology, waktu dan tanggal Aplikasi digunakan oleh Anda, dan statistik lain.
4. Lokasi perangkat Anda, termasuk lokasi GPS, untuk bertujuan meningkatkan atau memfasilitasi Layanan Relaxology dan mengaktifkan fungsionalitas website atau Aplikasi untuk memberi Anda informasi tentang Relaxology di dekat Anda, memungkinkan pesanan jarak jauh dan melakukan pembayaran untuk layanan yang tersedia di Relaxology. 
5. Kami tidak mengumpulkan maupun memproses data kesehatan Anda baik melalui aplikasi ataupun tidak. Kami juga tidak menjual, membagikan, atau mengungkapkan data pribadi Anda kepada pihak manapun.
6. Anda berhak meminta penghapusan data pribadi. Dengan atas permintaan dan persetujuan Anda, Relaxology akan menghapus data pribadi pengguna dari sistem Kami.

Beberapa dari Informasi Pribadi di atas yang Kami kumpulkan bersifat sensitif. Relaxology mengumpulkan Informasi Pribadi ini hanya dengan atas izin Anda dan/atau sesuai dengan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan Informasi Pribadi yang dikumpulkan oleh Relaxology akan disimpan sebagaimana apa yang telah ditentukan dalam Kebijakan Privasi ini. 

Relaxology juga dapat menggunakan layanan Pihak Ketiga yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi untuk mengidentifikasi Informasi Pribadi Anda. Kepastian akan kerahasiaan Informasi Pribadi Pelanggan tidak akan diberikan kepada pihak lain di luar Relaxology. Dengan ini juga, Anda telah menyatakan dan menjamin bahwa Anda telah memperoleh persetujuan untuk dilakukannya pengumpulan, penggunaan, pengungkapan dan pengolahan Informasi Pribadi oleh Relaxology. 

Penggunaan Informasi Pribadi

Sebagai tambahan dengan tujuan penggunaan Informasi Pribadi lain yang diatur dalam Kebijakan Privasi ini, Relaxology mengumpulkan dan menggunakan Informasi Pribadi sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku (“Tujuan Penggunaan”).

1. Memelihara, mengembangkan, menguji, meningkatkan, mempersonalisasikan Aplikasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan preferensi pengguna. 
2. Memantau dan menganalisis aktivitas, perilaku dan data demografis Anda termasuk kebiasaan dan penggunaan berbagai layanan yang tersedia di Aplikasi.
3. Mengidentifikasi dan mendaftarkan Informasi Pribadi Anda untuk mengadministrasikan, memverifikasi, menonaktifkan atau mengelola Akun Anda.
4. Mengelola dan memfasilitasi pesanan dan transaksi pembayaran Anda termasuk sebagaimana berlaku, transaksi yang dilakukan dengan kartu untuk pembayaran atau rekening yang tersedia di Aplikasi. 
5. Memberitahukan semua tentang transaksi, aktivitas, pemasaran, iklan, voucher, survei, informasi secara langsung, informasi tentang penawaran atau penawaran secara langsung.
6. Memproses atau mengelola manfaat, penghargaan, pencapaian, level loyalty (termasuk RelaxMiles dan RelaxCredit) yang diperoleh. 
7. Melindungi Informasi Pribadi, mendeteksi, melakukan pencegahan atau investigasi terhadap pelanggaran keamanan atau penipuan.
8. Memfasilitasi fungsi dan situs website dan Aplikasi, termasuk perihal pentautan akun atau wallet, jika Anda mengaktifkan fitur tautan ke akun atau e-wallet antara Akun Anda dengan platform Pihak Ketiga. 
9. Berkomunikasi dengan Anda dan dilakukannya pengiriman Informasi Pribadi yang sehubungan dengan penggunaan Aplikasi.
10. Memberikan komentar atau pernyataan pada Aplikasi dan menanggapi pertanyaan serta saran yang diterima.
11. Memberitahukan kepada pengguna Aplikasi tentang pembaruan atau perubahan pada layanan yang telah disediakan.

Relaxology juga dapat menggunakan Informasi Pribadi Anda secara lebih umum untuk tujuan-tujuan sebagai berikut:

1. Memantau dan mengelola penggunaan Aplikasi, mendukung dan melakukan peningkatan efisiensi kinerja termasuk perkembangan, pengalaman dalam menggunakan dan fungsi-fungsi Aplikasi.
2. Memberikan bantuan yang berhubungan dengan kesulitan-kesulitan teknis atau masalah operasional dengan Aplikasi atau layanan.
3. Menghasilkan informasi statistik dan data analitik yang akan diuji, diteliti, dianalisis, dikembangkan, dilakukan kemitraan komersial, dan kerja sama. 
4. Mencegah, mendeteksi, dan menyelidiki segala kegiatan yang dilarang, ilegal, tidak sah, ataupun curang.

Meskipun Relaxology telah menggunakan teknologi dan proses keamanan untuk membantu dalam menjaga Informasi Pribadi Anda, tidak ada metode transmisi melalui internet atau metode pembayaran elektronik yang 100% aman bagi Anda atau menjamin bahwa Informasi Pribadi Anda dapat dicegat, diakses, diungkapkan, diubah, atau dihancurkan oleh Pihak Ketiga yang tidak berwenang. Oleh karena itu, Relaxology tidak dapat menjamin kerahasiaan pada Informasi Pribadi Anda. Jadi, Anda harus bertanggung jawab atas keamanan perangkat yang Anda gunakan.

Mengelola dan Memperbarui Informasi Pribadi

Dengan tunduk pada peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, Anda dapat mengakses dan mengedit Informasi Pribadi yang berada di dalam kepemilikan dan penguasaan Relaxology dengan mengunjungi tab “Akun” dan akan menampilkan beberapa menu tentang Informasi Pribadi Anda dan Anda juga bisa menghubungi customer care pada tab “Pusat Bantuan”.

Tentang Aplikasi

PT Acupressure Academy (“Relaxology”, atau “Kami”) menyediakan Aplikasi dengan mengacu pada Syarat dan Ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan di bawah ini. Sebelum menggunakan Layanan yang ada di Aplikasi, Anda disarankan untuk membaca dengan seksama dan menyetujui secara keseluruhan tentang Syarat Ketentuan ini dan Kebijakan Privasi karena berdampak kepada hak dan kewajiban Anda berdasarkan hukum yang berlaku.

Dengan mendaftar dan atau menggunakan Aplikasi ini, maka Pelanggan dianggap telah membaca, mengerti, memahami, dan menyetujui semua ini dalam Ketentuan Penggunaan Aplikasi Relaxology dan juga menyetujui Ketentuan Penggunaan Aplikasi Relaxology tambahan yang merupakan kesatuan dan tidak bisa dipisahkan dari Ketentuan Penggunaan Aplikasi Relaxology ini (Ketentuan Penggunaan Aplikasi Relaxology dan Ketentuan Penggunaan Aplikasi Relaxology tambahan, dan perubahan-perubahan tambahan lainnya akan disebut sebagai “Syarat dan Ketentuan”). Meskipun merupakan satu kesatuan, Syarat dan Ketentuan baik tambahan atau tidak yang berlaku di Relaxology akan berlaku sama dalam pembahasan Syarat dan Ketentuan.

Syarat dan Ketentuan ini berlaku efektif mulai tanggal yang tercantum pada Ketentuan Layanan. Relaxology dapat mengubah, menambah, menghapus, mengoreksi dan atau memperbarui Syarat dan Ketentuan ini kapan saja dengan mengunggah Syarat dan Ketentuan yang telah direvisi di Aplikasi, di mana apabila terdapat perubahan material, Relaxology akan mengganti tanggal pada bagian atas di Ketentuan Layanan ini, dan Pengguna melepaskan hak apapun yang mungkin Pengguna miliki untuk menerima pemberitahuan khusus tentang perubahan atau modifikasi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, Relaxology menyarankan kepada Pelanggan untuk meninjau halaman Syarat dan Ketentuan atau Ketentuan Layanan ini dari waktu ke waktu untuk melihat bilamana adanya perubahan. Perubahan tersebut berlaku segera setelah diunggah pada halaman Syarat dan Ketentuan ini dan penggunaan Pengguna yang berkelanjutan atas Aplikasi setelah perubahan tersebut diunggah merupakan penerimaan Pengguna terhadap Syarat dan Ketentuan yang direvisi tersebut

DENGAN MENGAKSES, MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI RELAXOLOGY, MEMBUKA AKUN ATAU BERPARTISIPASI DALAM PROGRAM RELAXOLOGY, PENGGUNA BERARTI SETUJU UNTUK MENERIMA DAN TERIKAT OLEH SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN INI DAN KEBIJAKAN PRIVASI. JIKA PENGGUNA TIDAK SETUJU DENGAN SALAH SATU, SEBAGIAN ATAU SELURUH SYARAT DAN 

TENTUAN INI DAN / ATAU KEBIJAKAN PRIVASI, JANGAN GUNAKAN APLIKASI , BUKA AKUN ATAU PARTISIPASI PROGRAM RELAXOLOGY DALAM APLIKASI

Syarat dan Ketentuan 

Selamat datang di Aplikasi milik Relaxology (“Aplikasi”) dimana para pengguna Aplikasi (“Anda”, atau “Pelanggan”) dapat memesan treatment dibawah Relaxology dalam pengguna membeli atau memesan melalui Aplikasi (“Layanan”). Relaxology ingin memberikan kepada Anda suatu Layanan yang terbaik melalui Aplikasi dan berharap dengan menggunakan Aplikasinya, Anda dapat merasakan pengalaman atau cara yang sederhana untuk mendapatkan produk atau treatment dengan nyaman dan singkat.

Pelanggan dapat melakukan pemesanan layanan melalui Aplikasi Relaxology dengan beberapa metode yang tersedia, antara lain “Pesan Sekarang” dan “Pesan untuk Nanti”, yang mencakup opsi “Hari yang Sama” dan “Hari Berikutnya”.

Setiap metode pemesanan tersebut, Pelanggan mengerti dan paham serta tunduk pada pengertian, penjelasan, serta syarat dan ketentuan yang ditetapkan oleh Relaxology dan dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu sesuai kebijakan yang berlaku.

Pesan Sekarang

Pemesanan layanan “Pesan Sekarang” dapat diartikan bahwa Pelanggan akan melakukan pemesanan layanan ketika Pelanggan berada di outlet dan melakukan pemesanan layanan di depan staf frontline.

Pesan Untuk Nanti – Hari yang Sama

Pemesanan layanan “Pesan untuk Nanti – Hari yang Sama” merupakan metode pemesanan di mana Pelanggan melakukan pemesanan layanan melalui Aplikasi pada hari yang sama dengan jadwal layanan yang dipilih.

Pesan Untuk Nanti – Hari Berikutnya

Pemesanan layanan “Pesan Untuk Nanti – Hari Berikutnya” dapat diartikan bahwa Pelanggan akan melakukan pemesanan layanan ketika Pelanggan melakukan pemesanan layanan untuk hari berikutnya.

Syarat dan Ketentuan Pemesanan Layanan atau Online Booking

Pelanggan yang telah melakukan Pemesanan Layanan atau Online Booking setuju dan tunduk untuk mengikuti syarat dan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Relaxology, sebagai berikut:

1. Secara keseluruhan tidak semua outlet Relaxology memiliki jam operasional  yang sama, pada 09.00-23.00; dikarenakan beberapa outlet Relaxology terintegrasi dengan mal ataupun pusat perbelanjaan, maka akan disesuaikan dengan jam operasional yang berlaku.
2. Pesanan Anda akan diproses oleh Relaxology jika Anda telah melakukan pembayaran dan dinyatakan berhasil, dengan Pelanggan harus mengikuti dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
3. Jika pemesanan layanan telah dinyatakan sukses atau berhasil diwajibkan datang ke outlet yang dituju atau dipilih minimal 15 menit sebelum treatment dimulai
4. Jika Pelanggan berkemungkinan untuk datang terlambat dengan toleransi keterlambatan selama 15 menit, maka dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:

1. Jika Pelanggan terlambat kurang atau sebelum 15 menit, Pelanggan akan mendapatkan durasi treatment penuh sesuai dengan layanan yang dipilih.
2. Jika Pelanggan terlambat lebih atau sesudah 15 menit, maka durasi pelayanan akan terpotong sesuai dengan lamanya keterlambatan; seperti sebagai contoh, jika Pelanggan memilih treatment dengan durasi 60 menit dan ada keterlambatan lebih dari 15 menit, maka Pelanggan akan mendapatkan treatment dengan durasi 45 menit.

1. Pemesanan layanan melalui Aplikasi wajib dilakukan 1 jam sebelum jam operasional outlet Relaxology tutup; seperti sebagai contoh jika outlet tutup operasional pukul 23.00, maka pemesanan layanan melalui Aplikasi dilakukan pada pukul 22.00.
2. Relaxology menyediakan beberapa jenis pilihan pembayaran seperti RX Koin (Wallet); pelanggan  melakukan top up saldo; atau yang telah disediakan oleh Pihak Ketiga, yaitu Virtual Account (VA).
3. Pesanan yang telah dinyatakan sukses atau berhasil,  tidak dapat dibatalkan, melainkan bisa dilakukan perubahan jadwal atau reschedule dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang ditetapkan dan telah berlaku.
4. Untuk mendapatkan info lebih lanjut tentang pemesanan layanan melalui Aplikasi, Pelanggan bisa langsung menghubungi nomor Customer Relation Officer pada 0822-4646-5830.

Syarat dan Ketentuan Pesan Sekarang

Pemesanan layanan “Pesan Sekarang” dapat diartikan bahwa Pelanggan akan melakukan pemesanan layanan ketika Pelanggan berada di outlet dan melakukan pemesanan layanan di depan staf frontline.

Pelanggan setuju untuk melakukan layanan Pesan Sekarang dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan, sebagai berikut:

1. Pelanggan telah berada atau di sekitar outlet terdekat yang akan dituju; yang dapat dilakukan pemesanan ketika di sekitar outlet atau di depan staf frontline Relaxology.
2. Pelanggan menyetujui untuk melakukan pembayaran secara non-tunai (cashless) melalui metode yang disediakan oleh Relaxology. Metode pembayaran yang tersedia meliputi RX Koin (melalui top up ke Virtual Account) dan pembayaran langsung melalui Virtual Account (VA).
3. Pelanggan dapat memilih terapis yang telah disediakan sesuai dengan sistem yang ada di Relaxology.
4. Pelanggan setuju untuk memberikan Informasi Pribadi untuk melakukan pesanan dan setuju dengan memberikan informasi tertera yang ada pada Aplikasi kepada staf frontline di outlet sesuai dengan outlet yang telah dipilih atau yang telah dilakukan reschedule sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
5. Pelanggan yang telah melakukan Pesan Sekarang, pesanan tidak dapat dibatalkan dan di-reschedule dengan alasan apapun. 
6. Pelanggan harus melakukan pembayaran dengan batas waktu 5 menit yang telah ditentukan. 
7. Segala pesanan yang terjadi pada Aplikasi dan yang berada di menu “Aktivitas” dan pada sub menu “Pesan Untuk Nanti” tidak dapat dibatalkan tanpa terkecuali dan dengan alasan apapun.
8. Semua jenis transaksi yang ada di dalam Aplikasi, tidak dapat di-refund atau dikembalikan dengan alasan apapun. 

Syarat dan Ketentuan Pesan Untuk Nanti – Hari yang Sama

Pemesanan layanan “Pesan Untuk Nanti – Hari yang Sama” merupakan metode pemesanan di mana Pelanggan melakukan pemesanan layanan melalui Aplikasi pada hari yang sama dengan jadwal layanan yang dipilih.

Pelanggan setuju untuk melakukan layanan Pesan Untuk Nanti – Hari yang Sama dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan, sebagai berikut:

1. Pelanggan menyetujui untuk melakukan pembayaran secara non-tunai (cashless) melalui metode yang disediakan oleh Relaxology. Metode pembayaran yang tersedia meliputi RX Koin (melalui top up ke Virtual Account) dan pembayaran langsung melalui Virtual Account (VA). 
2. Pelanggan dapat memilih terapis yang telah disediakan sesuai dengan sistem yang ada di Relaxology.
3. Pelanggan setuju untuk memberikan Informasi Pribadi untuk melakukan pesanan dan setuju dengan memberikan informasi tertera yang ada pada Aplikasi kepada staf frontline di outlet sesuai dengan outlet yang telah dipilih atau yang telah dilakukan reschedule sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
4. Segala pesanan yang terjadi pada Aplikasi dan yang berada di menu “Aktivitas” dan pada sub menu “Pesan Untuk Nanti” tidak dapat dibatalkan tanpa terkecuali dan dengan alasan apapun.
5. Semua jenis transaksi yang ada di dalam Aplikasi, tidak dapat di-refund atau dikembalikan dengan alasan apapun. 
6. Pengguna sebagai Pelanggan yang telah melakukan pemesanan layanan dapat melakukan reschedule, sebagai berikut:

1. Pelanggan dapat melakukan reschedule 3 jam sebelum treatment dimulai.
2. Pelanggan dapat melakukan reschedule sebanyak 1 kali.
3. Jika melakukan reschedule atau pergantian jadwal, maka akan terjadi penyesuaian terapis yang tersedia di outlet tujuan atau  pilihan tanpa terkecuali. 

1. Reschedule dapat dilakukan dengan menghubungi Customer Relation Officer Relaxology pada nomor 0822-4646-5830.

Syarat dan Ketentuan Pesan Untuk Nanti – Hari Berikutnya

Pemesanan layanan “Pesan Untuk Nanti – Hari Berikutnya” dapat diartikan bahwa Pelanggan akan melakukan pemesanan layanan ketika Pelanggan melakukan pemesanan layanan untuk hari berikutnya.

Pelanggan setuju untuk melakukan pelayanan Pesan Untuk Nanti dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan, sebagai berikut:

1. Pelanggan menyetujui untuk melakukan pembayaran secara non-tunai (cashless) melalui metode yang disediakan oleh Relaxology. Metode pembayaran yang tersedia meliputi RX Koin (melalui top up ke Virtual Account) dan pembayaran langsung melalui Virtual Account (VA). 
2. Pelanggan dapat memilih terapis yang telah disediakan sesuai dengan sistem yang ada di Relaxology.
3. Pelanggan setuju untuk memberikan Informasi Pribadi untuk melakukan pesanan dan setuju dengan memberikan informasi tertera yang ada pada Aplikasi kepada staf frontline di outlet sesuai dengan outlet yang telah dipilih atau yang telah dilakukan reschedule sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
4. Segala pesanan yang terjadi pada Aplikasi dan yang berada di menu “Aktivitas” dan pada sub menu “Pesan Untuk Nanti” tidak dapat dibatalkan tanpa terkecuali dan dengan alasan apapun.
5. Semua jenis transaksi yang ada di dalam Aplikasi, tidak dapat di-refund atau dikembalikan dengan alasan apapun. 
6. Pelanggan yang telah melakukan pemesanan layanan dapat melakukan reschedule, sebagai berikut:

1. Pelanggan dapat melakukan reschedule 1 hari setelah melakukan Pesan Untuk Nanti – Hari Berikutnya.
2. Pelanggan dapat melakukan reschedule sebanyak maksimal 3 kali dan harus dilakukan dalam kurun waktu 12 jam sebelum treatment akan dimulai.
3. Pelanggan dapat melakukan reschedule maksimal 7 hari sejak melakukan Pesan Untuk Nanti – Hari Berikutnya; sebagai contoh jika melakukan penjadwalan layanan tanggal 1, maka reschedule dapat dilakukan sampai tanggal 8.
4. Jika melakukan reschedule atau pergantian jadwal, maka akan terjadi penyesuaian terapis yang tersedia di outlet tujuan atau  pilihan tanpa terkecuali. 

1. Reschedule dapat dilakukan dengan menghubungi Customer Relation Officer Relaxology pada nomor 0822-4646-5830.

Syarat dan Ketentuan Komplain

Tunduk pada Syarat dan Ketentuan ini ketika Pelanggan merasa tidak ada kesesuaian pelaksanaan layanan yang ada di Relaxology, Pelanggan berhak mendapatkan kompensasi gratis berupa free treatment sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, apabila kondisi sebagai berikut terjadi:

1. Ketika Pelanggan memilih layanan dan ada ketidaksesuaian dengan layanan yang sedang berlangsung.
2. Pengguna mendapatkan perlakuan seperti pelayanan kurang berkenan atau memuaskan dari staf Relaxology; frontline ataupun terapis.
3. Pelanggan yang ingin melakukan komplain ketika atau setelah melakukan pemesanan layanan, wajib menyertakan nota atau struk.
4. Pelanggan harus bersedia memberikan Informasi Pribadi untuk dilakukan pengecekkan tentang data treatment yang sedang atau setelah treatment.
5. Batas komplain terhitung 3 hari sejak treatment selesai.
6. Untuk komplain lebih lanjut menghubungi Customer Care pada nomor 08520-5754-2656.

Relaxology memiliki hak untuk melakukan penilaian berdasarkan diskresinya atas setiap komplain yang disampaikan oleh Pelanggan (termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada penilaian kondisi yang disebutkan di atas).

Akun, Password dan Keamanan

1. Pengguna dengan ini menyatakan bahwa Pengguna adalah orang yang cakap dan mampu untuk mengikatkan dirinya dalam sebuah perjanjian yang sah menurut hukum. Jika Pengguna tidak memenuhi ketentuan tersebut namun tetap mengakses atau menggunakan Aplikasi, Layanan, atau Metode Pembayaran, Pengguna menyatakan dan menjamin bahwa tindakan Pengguna membuka, mengakses atau melakukan aktivitas lain dalam Aplikasi telah disetujui oleh orang tua, wali atau pengampu Pengguna.
2. Pengguna secara tegas mengesampingkan setiap hak berdasarkan hukum untuk membatalkan atau mencabut setiap dan seluruh persetujuan yang Pengguna berikan berdasarkan Syarat dan Ketentuan ini pada waktu Pengguna dianggap telah dewasa secara hukum.
3. Relaxology tidak memungut biaya pendaftaran kepada Pengguna.
4. Pengguna yang telah mendaftar berhak bertindak sebagai pembeli atau pemesan produk atau layanan dan treatment dari Relaxology.
5. Pendaftaran menggunakan nomor handphone beserta one-time password (OTP) yang akan dikirimkan ke nomor handphone yang terdaftar.
6. Dalam menggunakan Aplikasi dan/atau Layanan, Pengguna dilarang untuk melakukan hal-hal sebagai berikut:

1.  menciptakan dan/atau menggunakan perangkat, software, fitur dan/atau alat lainnya yang bertujuan untuk melakukan manipulasi pada sistem Aplikasi, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada: (i) manipulasi data Aplikasi; (ii) kegiatan perambanan (crawling/scraping); (iii) kegiatan otomatisasi dalam transaksi; (iv) aktivitas lain yang secara wajar dapat dinilai sebagai tindakan manipulasi sistem;
2.  menyalahgunakan atau menggunakan Aplikasi, Layanan, atau Metode Pembayaran untuk tujuan penipuan, menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan kepada orang lain, melakukan pemesanan palsu atau yang tindakan-tindakan lain yang dapat atau dianggap dapat menimbulkan kerugian dalam bentuk apapun terhadap orang lain;
3.  menghapus setiap pemberitahuan hak cipta, merek dagang atau pemberitahuan hak milik lainnya yang terkandung dalam Aplikasi (apabila ada); dan
4.  menggunakan dan/atau mengakses secara tidak resmi Aplikasi untuk merusak, melemahkan atau membahayakan setiap aspek dari Aplikasi, Layanan atau sistem dan jaringan terkait.

1. Pengguna bertanggung jawab secara pribadi untuk menjaga kerahasiaan Akun untuk semua aktivitas yang terjadi dalam Akun Pengguna.
2. Relaxology tidak akan meminta username, maupun kode SMS verifikasi atau kode OTP milik Akun Pengguna untuk alasan apapun. Oleh karena itu, Relaxology menghimbau Pengguna agar tidak memberikan data tersebut maupun data penting lainnya kepada pihak yang mengatasnamakan Relaxology atau pihak lain yang tidak dapat dijamin keamanannya.
3. Pengguna setuju untuk memastikan bahwa Pengguna akan memberitahu Relaxology jika ada penggunaan tanpa izin atas sandi atau Akun Pengguna. Relaxology akan melakukan tindakan yang Relaxology anggap perlu dan dapat dilakukan terhadap penggunaan tanpa izin tersebut.
4. Pengguna dengan ini menyatakan bahwa Relaxology, perusahaan induk, anak perusahaan, afiliasi, direktur dan/atau karyawannya tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian ataupun kendala yang timbul atas penyalahgunaan Akun Pengguna yang diakibatkan oleh kelalaian Pengguna, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada, meminjamkan atau memberikan akses Akun kepada pihak lain, mengakses link atau tautan yang diberikan oleh pihak lain, memberikan atau memperlihatkan kode OTP, password atau email kepada pihak lain, maupun kelalaian Pengguna lainnya yang mengakibatkan kerugian ataupun kendala pada Akun Pengguna. Dalam hal demikian, Relaxology akan menganggap setiap penggunaan atau pesanan yang dilakukan melalui Akun Pengguna sebagai permintaan yang sah dari Pengguna.
5. Pengguna memahami dan menyetujui untuk mempergunakan fasilitas keamanan one-time password (OTP) dan biaya dari penyedia jasa telekomunikasi yang bersangkutan dengan hal ini ditanggung secara penuh oleh Relaxology.

Pengguna Baru

“Pengguna Baru” adalah Pengguna yang mendaftarkan nama dan nomor handphone yang sebelumnya belum pernah terdaftar pada Aplikasi serta memasukkan kode referensi yang bersifat opsional untuk mendapatkan benefit atau hadiah menarik. Segala promosi yang dilakukan oleh Relaxology mengenai Pengguna Baru akan mengikuti definisi tersebut.

Privasi Pengguna atau Informasi Pribadi sangat penting untuk Relaxology. Dengan menggunakan Aplikasi atau memberikan informasi di Aplikasi, Pengguna setuju bahwa Relaxology dapat mengumpulkan, menggunakan, mengungkapkan dan memproses Informasi Pribadi atau data pribadi Pengguna. Pengumpulan, penyimpanan, pengolahan, penggunaan dan pembagian Informasi Pribadi Pengguna, seperti alamat email dan nomor handphone Pengguna yang Pengguna berikan ketika Pengguna membuka Akun tunduk pada Kebijakan Privasi, yang merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari Syarat dan Ketentuan ini.

Harga Layanan

Relaxology berhak untuk merubah harga produk dari waktu ke waktu sesuai dengan kebijakannya tanpa harus memberitahukan Pengguna. Perubahan harga akan efektif berlaku ketika sudah diterapkan di dalam Aplikasi dan tidak akan mempengaruhi transaksi yang sudah dibayarkan oleh Pengguna.

Keluhan atas pengiriman produk yang dialami Pengguna dapat dilaporkan ke nomor Customer Service  pada Aplikasi.

Service Charge

Pelanggan setuju dengan syarat dan ketentuan dari Relaxology tentang penambahan biaya (“Service Charge”) sebesar 3,5% untuk setiap transaksinya yang akan ditangguhkan kepada Pelanggan; yang akan dialokasikan seluruhnya kepada karyawan, sebagai bentuk apresiasi atas pelayanan yang telah diberikan kepada Pelanggan.

Promo

Perubahan harga treatment maupun service charge yang berhubungan dengan promo yang diadakan oleh Relaxology akan mengikuti syarat dan ketentuan dari promo yang berjalan.

Pembayaran

Pengguna dapat melakukan pembayaran terhadap produk yang dibeli melalui Layanan dengan metode pembayaran elektronik, yang disediakan oleh pihak ketiga (“Penyedia Metode Pembayaran”), pada Aplikasi, termasuk uang elektronik, fasilitas pinjaman, atau metode pembayaran lain (“Metode Pembayaran”) yang dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu berdasarkan kebijakan Relaxology sepenuhnya.

Untuk dapat melakukan pembayaran melalui Metode Pembayaran, Pengguna harus terdaftar secara resmi pada Penyedia Metode Pembayaran yang Pengguna pilih dan menggunakan kredensial pembayaran Pengguna sendiri. Dalam hal Pengguna menggunakan kredensial terdaftar pihak lain, Pengguna bertanggung jawab secara penuh atas semua perizinan yang diperlukan dan semua kerugian atau sengketa yang timbul antara Pengguna dan pihak lain tersebut.

Relaxology berhak menolak atau menunda untuk meneruskan permintaan pembayaran Pengguna melalui Metode Pembayaran karena alasan tertentu, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada adanya indikasi atau Relaxology mempunyai alasan yang cukup untuk menduga adanya kecurangan, penipuan, pelanggaran Syarat dan Ketentuan, pelanggaran atas peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku atau tindakan lain yang tidak wajar atau mencurigakan.

Hak yang Pengguna berikan kepada Relaxology

Pengguna memberikan hak kepada Relaxology untuk (1) mengizinkan Layanan Relaxology menggunakan prosesor, bandwidth, dan perangkat keras penyimpanan pada perangkat Pengguna agar dapat mempermudah pengoperasian Layanan, (2) memberikan iklan dan informasi lain untuk Pengguna, dan (3) mengizinkan mitra bisnis Relaxology untuk melakukan hal yang sama. Di bagian mana pun dari Layanan Relaxology, konten yang Pengguna akses, termasuk pemilihan dan penempatannya, dapat dipengaruhi oleh pertimbangan komersial, termasuk perjanjian Relaxology dengan pihak ketiga.

Apabila Pengguna memberikan masukan, gagasan, atau saran kepada Relaxology terkait dengan Layanan Relaxology atau konten (“Masukan”), Pengguna mengakui bahwa Masukan tersebut tidak bersifat rahasia dan Pengguna memberikan wewenang kepada Relaxology untuk menggunakan masukan tersebut tanpa batasan dan tanpa pembayaran kepada Pengguna. Masukan dianggap sebagai jenis konten Pengguna.

Penolakan Jaminan dan Batasan Tanggung Jawab

DALAM HAL APA PUN, Relaxology, PEJABAT, PEMEGANG SAHAM, KARYAWAN, AGEN, DIREKSI, ANAK PERUSAHAAN, AFILIASI, PENGGANTI, PENERUS, ATAU PEMASOK TIDAK BERTANGGUNG JAWAB ATAS:

1. KERUGIAN ATAU KERUSAKAN (TERMASUK GANTI RUGI TIDAK LANGSUNG, KHUSUS, INSIDENTAL, PUNITIF, ATAU YANG BERSIFAT MENJERAKAN) YANG TIDAK DAPAT DIPERKIRAKAN, KECUALI KERUGIAN ATAU KERUSAKAN YANG DAPAT DIPERKIRAKAN DAN JELAS TERJADI YANG MANA MERUPAKAN KELALAIAN Relaxology;

1. SETIAP:

1. HILANGNYA PENGGUNAAN;
2. HILANGNYA DATA;

1. KERUSAKAN PADA PERANGKAT, SELAMA PENGGUNA DAPAT MENGHINDARINYA DENGAN MENGIKUTI SARAN Relaxology UNTUK MENERAPKAN PEMBARUAN APLIKASI ATAU KONTEN ATAU APABILA KERUSAKAN DISEBABKAN KARENA PENGGUNA TIDAK MENGIKUTI PETUNJUK PENGINSTALAN DENGAN BENAR ATAU MEMILIKI PERSYARATAN MINIMUM SISTEM YANG Relaxology SARANKAN, DALAM SEMUA KASUS YANG TIMBUL DARI PENGGUNAAN ATAU KETIDAKMAMPUAN UNTUK MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI Relaxology, PERANGKAT, APLIKASI PIHAK KETIGA, ATAU KONTEN APLIKASI PIHAK KETIGA, TANPA TEORI HUKUM, TANPA MEMPERHATIKAN APAKAH Relaxology TELAH DIBERI TAHU MENGENAI KEMUNGKINAN KERUSAKAN TERSEBUT, DAN BAHKAN APABILA UPAYA PEMULIHAN GAGAL MENCAPAI TUJUAN UTAMANYA;

1. TIDAK DILAKSANAKANNYA ATAU TIDAK MEMADAINYA PELAKSANAAN ATAU KETERLAMBATAN KEWAJIBAN YANG BERASAL DARI PERJANJIAN YANG DISEBABKAN KEADAAN MEMAKSA YANG TIDAK DAPAT DIPERKIRAKAN SECARA WAJAR ATAU DI LUAR KENDALI Relaxology YANG WAJAR.

Tidak ada ketentuan dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan ini yang menghilangkan atau membatasi tanggung jawab Relaxology atas kecurangan, kesalahan penafsiran, kematian, atau cedera diri yang disebabkan karena kelalaian, dan apabila diwajibkan berdasarkan hukum yang berlaku, kelalaian serius.

PASAL INI BERLAKU SELAMA DIIZINKAN BERDASARKAN HUKUM YANG BERLAKU. PENGGUNA DAPAT MEMILIKI HAK BERDASARKAN HUKUM YANG BERLAKU DI YURISDIKSI PENGGUNA YANG MENGATUR UPAYA PEMULIHAN SELAIN YANG DITETAPKAN DI ATAS.

Relaxology selalu berupaya untuk menjaga Layanan Relaxology aman, nyaman, dan berfungsi dengan baik, tapi Relaxology tidak dapat menjamin operasi terus-menerus atau akses ke Layanan Relaxology dapat selalu sempurna. Informasi dan data dalam situs dan/atau Aplikasi memiliki kemungkinan tidak terjadi secara real time.

Pengguna setuju bahwa Pengguna memanfaatkan Layanan Relaxology atas risiko Pengguna sendiri, dan Layanan Relaxology diberikan kepada Pengguna pada “SEBAGAIMANA ADANYA” dan “SEBAGAIMANA TERSEDIA”, dan sejauh diizinkan oleh hukum yang berlaku, Relaxology mengecualikan semua pernyataan, jaminan, dan ketentuan yang berkaitan dengan Aplikasi atau Layanan dan penggunaannya (termasuk, tanpa batasan, jaminan apa pun yang tersirat oleh hukum sehubungan dengan kualitas yang memuaskan, kesesuaian untuk tujuan dan/atau penggunaan perawatan dan keterampilan yang wajar).

Relaxology tidak mempunyai kewajiban apapun, termasuk untuk mengambil tindakan lebih jauh atau tindakan hukum yang dianggap perlu oleh Pengguna, terhadap setiap permasalahan atau perselisihan yang timbul antara Pengguna dan Pihak Pengiriman, Penyedia Metode Pembayaran atau pihak ketiga lainnya sehubungan dengan Layanan.

Sejauh diizinkan oleh hukum yang berlaku, Relaxology (termasuk perusahaan induk, anak perusahaan, afiliasi, direktur dan karyawan) adalah tidak bertanggung jawab, dan Pengguna setuju untuk tidak menuntut Relaxology, perusahaan induk, anak perusahaan, afiliasi direktur dan karyawannya bertanggung jawab, atas segala kerusakan atau kerugian (termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada hilangnya uang, reputasi, keuntungan, atau kerugian tak berwujud lainnya) yang diakibatkan secara langsung atau tidak langsung dari:

1. Penggunaan atau ketidakmampuan Pengguna dalam menggunakan Layanan Relaxology.

1. Harga produk, pengiriman atau petunjuk lain yang tersedia dalam Layanan Relaxology.

1. Keterlambatan atau gangguan dalam Layanan Relaxology.

1. Kelalaian dan kerugian yang ditimbulkan oleh masing-masing Pengguna.

1. Pelanggaran Hak Kekayaan Intelektual.

1. Perselisihan antar Pengguna.

1. Pencemaran nama baik pihak lain.

1. Setiap penyalahgunaan produk yang sudah dibeli Pengguna.

1. Kerugian akibat pembayaran tidak resmi kepada pihak lain selain ke rekening resmi Relaxology, yang dengan cara apa pun mengatas-namakan Relaxology ataupun kelalaian penulisan rekening dan/atau informasi lainnya dan/atau kelalaian pihak bank.

1. Virus atau perangkat lunak berbahaya lainnya (bot, script, automation tool selain fitur power merchant, hacking tool) yang diperoleh dengan mengakses, atau menghubungkan ke Layanan Relaxology.

1. Gangguan, bug, kesalahan atau ketidakakuratan apapun dalam Layanan Relaxology.

1. Kerusakan pada perangkat keras Pengguna dari penggunaan setiap Layanan Relaxology.

1. Isi, tindakan, atau tidak adanya tindakan dari pihak ketiga, termasuk terkait dengan produk yang ada dalam Aplikasi Relaxology yang diduga palsu.

1. Tindakan penegakan yang diambil sehubungan dengan Akun Pengguna.

1. Adanya tindakan peretasan yang dilakukan oleh pihak ketiga kepada Akun Pengguna.

Ganti Rugi

Pengguna akan melepaskan Relaxology, perusahaan induk, anak perusahaan, afiliasi, direktur dan/atau karyawannya dari tuntutan ganti rugi dan menjaga Relaxology, perusahaan induk, anak perusahaan, afiliasi, direktur dan/atau karyawannya dari setiap klaim atau tuntutan, termasuk biaya hukum yang wajar, yang dilakukan oleh pihak ketiga yang timbul dalam hal Pengguna melanggar Syarat Ketentuan ini dan/atau Kebijakan Privasi, penggunaan Aplikasi yang tidak semestinya dan/ atau pelanggaran Pengguna terhadap hukum dan peraturan perundang-undangan atau hak-hak pihak ketiga.

Bantuan

Segala kendala yang berhubungan dalam penggunaan Aplikasi Relaxology beserta informasi mengenainya dapat mengacu kepada tab “Pusat Bantuan” pada bagian “Akun”.

Hak Kekayaan Intelektual

Tunduk pada Syarat dan Ketentuan ini, Relaxology berhak untuk mengubah, memodifikasi, menangguhkan, atau menghentikan Aplikasi atau Layanan atau bagiannya, kapan pun dan untuk alasan apa pun. Pengguna dilarang untuk meniru atau membingkai sebagian atau seluruh isi Aplikasi, dan mengubah atau memodifikasi Aplikasi, atau membuat versi lain dari Aplikasi, dengan tujuan membuat produk atau layanan tandingan serupa menggunakan ide, fitur, fungsi atau grafik menyerupai Aplikasi. Semua konten kepemilikan, merek dagang, merek Layanan, nama merek, logo, dan kekayaan intelektual lainnya yang ditampilkan di Aplikasi adalah milik yang terdaftar atas nama Relaxology, afiliasi dari Relaxology ataupun pemberi lisensinya. Pengguna tidak boleh mempublikasikan ulang, menjual, menyewakan atau mensublisensikan, mereproduksi, menggunakan, atau menyalin materi apa pun dari Aplikasi, atau mendistribusikan ulang konten dari Relaxology atau afiliasi dari Relaxology (kecuali konten secara khusus dibuat untuk didistribusikan ulang).

Relaxology berhak memperbarui Aplikasi setiap saat. Saat ini, perangkat lunak Aplikasi yang resmi dapat diunduh di Android dan iOS, tergantung pada perubahan persyaratan untuk kedua sistem dan hanya untuk digunakan pada perangkat handphone atau tablet. Mengunduh Aplikasi dari tempat lain selain pasar digital resmi dan/atau ke dalam perangkat lain selain handphone atau tablet merupakan pelanggaran terhadap Syarat dan Ketentuan ini dan terhadap hak kekayaan intelektual Kami. Relaxology menyarankan Pengguna untuk selalu memperbarui Aplikasi dari waktu ke waktu. Ada kemungkinan Aplikasi tidak kompatibel dengan versi Android dan iOS yang telah Pengguna instal di perangkat Pengguna. Untuk tujuan tersebut, Pengguna harus selalu menerima pembaruan untuk Aplikasi saat tersedia. Relaxology dapat berhenti menyediakan Layanan melalui Aplikasi, dan dapat menghentikan penggunaannya kapan saja tanpa memberikan pemberitahuan penghentian kepada Pengguna. Oleh karena itu, setelah penghentian tersebut, semua hak dan lisensi yang diberikan kepada Pengguna dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan ini (apabila ada) akan berakhir dan Pengguna harus berhenti menggunakan Aplikasi, dan menghapusnya dari perangkat Pengguna.

Syarat dan Ketentuan ini bukan merupakan perjanjian penjualan dan tidak memberikan kepada Pengguna hak kepemilikan apapun dalam atau terkait dengan Layanan, perangkat lunak dan/atau Aplikasi, atau hak kekayaan intelektual apapun yang dimiliki oleh Relaxology, afiliasi dari Relaxology dan/atau pemberi lisensinya. Nama Relaxology, logo Relaxology, Layanan, perangkat lunak dan/atau Aplikasi dan logo Pihak Pengiriman dan nama produk yang terkait dengan perangkat lunak dan/atau Aplikasi adalah merek dagang dari Relaxology, afiliasi dari Relaxology atau pihak ketiga, dan tidak ada hak atau lisensi yang diberikan untuk menggunakannya.

Lain-Lain

Untuk membuktikan Layanan Relaxology yang baik kepada Pengguna, Aplikasi akan memerlukan pendaftaran untuk sebuah akun (“Akun”) dengan memilih identifikasi pengguna dan kata sandi yang unik dan memberikan Informasi Pribadi Pengguna. Pengguna dapat menggunakan Akun Pengguna untuk melakukan pemesanan layanan serta mengumpulkan RelaxMiles dan RelaxCreedit. Pengguna diminta untuk menjaga kerahasiaan identitas pengguna dan kata sandi Akun Pengguna dan keluar dari Akun Pengguna di akhir setiap sesi. Harap segera memberi tahu Relaxology jika ada penggunaan yang tidak sah atas Akun Pengguna, dan pastikan bahwa informasi Akun Pengguna akurat dan terkini. Pengguna bertanggung jawab penuh atas semua aktivitas yang terjadi di bawah Akun Pengguna meskipun aktivitas atau penggunaan tersebut tidak dilakukan oleh Pengguna. Relaxology, perusahaan induk, anak perusahaan, afiliasi, direktur dan/atau karyawannya tidak akan bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan atau kerusakan yang timbul dari penggunaan kata sandi Pengguna yang tidak sah atau kegagalan Pengguna untuk mematuhi paragraf ini. Relaxology berhak untuk menolak memberikan Pengguna akses ke situs atau Layanan atau mengizinkan Pengguna untuk membuka Akun dengan alasan apa pun.

Harap dicatat bahwa penggunaan Aplikasi akan membutuhkan koneksi internet aktif, dan oleh karena itu Pengguna harus memastikan bahwa handphone Pengguna harus memiliki koneksi internet saat menggunakan Aplikasi baik yang disediakan oleh penyedia jaringan seluler Pengguna, atau Wi-Fi. Aplikasi akan berfungsi optimal apabila Pengguna memiliki akses ke Wi-Fi dan memiliki kuota data yang dapat dipergunakan serta koneksi internet yang stabil, apabila tidak maka Aplikasi tidak akan berfungsi, dan Relaxology, perusahaan induk, anak perusahaan, afiliasi, direktur dan/atau karyawannya tidak dapat bertanggung jawab atas hal tersebut. Ada juga kemungkinan bahwa penyedia seluler Pengguna membebankan biaya data selama koneksi saat menggunakan Aplikasi, dan dengan menggunakan Aplikasi, Pengguna menerima tanggung jawab atas biaya tersebut, termasuk biaya data roaming jika Pengguna menggunakan Aplikasi di luar wilayah asal Pengguna (yaitu wilayah atau negara) tanpa mematikan roaming data.

Pengguna mengerti dan setuju bahwa Syarat dan Ketentuan ini merupakan perjanjian dalam bentuk elektronik dan tindakan Pengguna menekan tab ‘daftar’ saat pembukaan Akun atau tab ‘masuk’ saat akan mengakses Akun Pengguna merupakan persetujuan aktif Pengguna untuk mengikatkan diri dalam perjanjian dengan Relaxology sehingga keberlakuan Syarat dan Ketentuan ini dan Kebijakan Privasi adalah sah dan mengikat secara hukum dan terus berlaku sepanjang penggunaan Aplikasi dan Layanan oleh Pengguna. Pengguna tidak akan mengajukan tuntutan atau keberatan apapun terhadap keabsahan dari Syarat dan Ketentuan ini atau Kebijakan Privasi yang dibuat dalam bentuk elektronik.

Pengguna tidak dapat mengalihkan hak Pengguna berdasarkan Syarat dan Ketentuan ini tanpa persetujuan tertulis sebelumnya dari Relaxology. Namun, Relaxology dapat mengalihkan hak Relaxology berdasarkan Syarat dan Ketentuan ini setiap saat kepada pihak lain tanpa perlu mendapatkan persetujuan terlebih dahulu dari atau memberikan pemberitahuan sebelumnya kepada Pengguna.

Apabila Pengguna tidak mematuhi atau melanggar ketentuan dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan ini, dan Relaxology tidak mengambil tindakan secara langsung, bukan berarti Relaxology mengesampingkan hak Relaxology untuk mengambil tindakan yang diperlukan di kemudian hari. Syarat dan Ketentuan ini tetap berlaku bahkan setelah suspensi sementara, suspensi permanen, penghapusan Aplikasi atau setelah berakhirnya perjanjian ini antara Pengguna dan Relaxology.

Jika suatu ketentuan dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan ini dianggap tidak sah atau tidak dapat dilaksanakan, keabsahan, keberlakuan, dan kekuatan ketentuan lainnya tidak akan terpengaruh atau terganggu.

Syarat dan Ketentuan ini dibuat dalam bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris. Apabila terdapat perbedaan antara keduanya, maka ketentuan dalam versi bahasa Indonesia adalah ketentuan yang berlaku.

Syarat dan Ketentuan ini diatur oleh hukum Negara Republik Indonesia, tanpa memperhatikan pilihan atau konflik ketentuan hukum dari yurisdiksi manapun, dan setiap perselisihan, tindakan, klaim atau penyebab tindakan yang timbul dari atau sehubungan dengan Syarat dan Ketentuan ini atau Layanan akan dirujuk ke Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (“BANI”), sesuai dengan Peraturan BANI sebagaimana berubah dari waktu ke waktu (“Peraturan”) oleh arbiter tunggal yang ditunjuk atas perjanjian bersama oleh Pengguna dan Relaxology (“Arbiter”).

Jika Pengguna dan Relaxology tidak dapat menyetujui arbiter, Arbiter akan ditunjuk oleh ketua BANI sesuai dengan Peraturan. Lokasi dan tempat arbitrase adalah Jakarta, dalam bahasa Indonesia dan biaya Arbiter akan ditanggung bersama oleh Pengguna dan Relaxology, dengan ketentuan bahwa Arbiter dapat meminta agar biaya tersebut ditanggung sedemikian rupa sebagaimana ditentukan oleh Arbiter bahwa diperlukan agar klausul arbitrase ini dapat ditegakkan berdasarkan hukum yang berlaku.

Pengguna dengan ini setuju bahwa sehubungan dengan Pasal 60 Undang-Undang No. 30 Tahun 1999 (“UU Arbitrase”), putusan arbitrase bersifat final dan mengikat Pengguna dan Relaxology dan berdasarkan itu, Pengguna dan Relaxology tidak memiliki hak untuk mengajukan banding terhadap putusan arbitrase. Para pihak dengan ini juga secara tegas mengecualikan ketentuan Pasal 48.1 dan 73 (b) UU Arbitrase sehingga mandat kepada Arbiter sebagaimana ditetapkan melalui Syarat dan Ketentuan ini tetap berlaku sampai keputusan akhir arbitrase telah ditentukan oleh Arbiter.

Relaxology Privacy Policy

Effective as of March 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy represents the commitment of PT Acupressure Academy (hereinafter referred to as “Relaxology” or “We”) to protect and respect all Personal Information provided by users of the https://relax.co.id/ website (“Website”) and the Relaxology app (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how Relaxology manages, uses, and protects the data and Personal Information you provide in connection with your use of the Website and the App. By accessing and using the Website or the App, you are deemed to have read, understood, and consented to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date stated herein. Relaxology may at any time modify, add to, or update this Privacy Policy to align with service developments, changes in applicable laws and regulations, or changes in legal or regulatory requirements, by uploading the revised Privacy Policy to the App, including in the event of significant policy changes affecting the service when you visit Relaxology. By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to such changes and waived your right to receive specific notice. Therefore, you are advised to review this Privacy Policy page from time to time to see if there have been any changes. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to ensure that you understand how Relaxology processes your data.

Collection of Personal Information

When you use the Relaxology App, access the website, and visit a Relaxology outlet, Relaxology may collect information about your usage and the Services you use (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”). This Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, your personal identification details such as first and last name, username, password, phone number, financial account information such as date of birth, and demographic information as well as device data (such as the User’s Android ID). Relaxology may collect certain additional Personal Information, including, but not limited to, the following:

1. Location information for promotional purposes or other purposes determined by Relaxology, such as recommendations for nearby locations from time to time. 
2. We use your data to process transactions at all Relaxology outlets and on the App, including bookings, purchases, loyalty programs, and promotions. We also manage your subscriptions and loyalty points, respond to customer service inquiries, and receive your reviews on the app. Additionally, we send personalized promotions, detect and prevent fraud, and continuously improve our services to provide a better experience.
3. In the event of any error in the App, Relaxology may collect data and information (through third-party products) referred to as “Log Data.” This Log Data may include the user’s device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, App configuration while using Relaxology Services, the time and date the App was used by you, and other statistics.
4. Your device’s location, including GPS location, is used to improve or facilitate the Relaxology Service and enable website or App features to provide you with information about Relaxology locations near you, allow remote ordering, and process payments for services available on Relaxology. 
5. We do not collect or process your health data either through the app or otherwise. We also do not sell, share, or disclose your personal data to any third parties.
6. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. Upon your request and with your consent, Relaxology will delete the user’s personal data from our system.

Some of the Personal Information listed above that we collect is sensitive. Relaxology collects this Personal Information only with your consent and/or in accordance with applicable laws, and the Personal Information collected by Relaxology will be stored as specified in this Privacy Policy. 

Relaxology may also use third-party services to collect information to identify your Personal Information. The confidentiality of Customer Personal Information will not be disclosed to any party outside of Relaxology. Furthermore, you hereby declare and warrant that you have obtained consent for the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of Personal Information by Relaxology. 

Use of Personal Information

In addition to the other purposes of use of Personal Information set forth in this Privacy Policy, Relaxology collects and uses Personal Information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations (“Purposes of Use”).

1. Maintaining, developing, testing, improving, and personalizing the Application to meet user needs and preferences. 
2. Monitoring and analyzing your activities, behavior, and demographic data, including your habits and use of various services available on the Application.
3. Identifying and registering your Personal Information to administer, verify, deactivate, or manage your Account.
4. Managing and facilitating your orders and payment transactions, including, where applicable, transactions made using cards for payment or accounts available on the Application. 
5. Notifying you about transactions, activities, marketing, advertisements, vouchers, surveys, direct information, and information regarding offers or promotions.
6. Processing or managing benefits, rewards, achievements, and loyalty levels (including RelaxMiles and RelaxCredit) earned. 
7. Protecting Personal Information, detecting, preventing, or investigating security breaches or fraud.
8. Facilitating the functions of the website and App, including account or wallet linking, if you enable the feature to link your Account to a Third-Party platform. 
9. Communicating with you and sending Personal Information related to the use of the App.
10. Providing comments or statements on the App and responding to questions and suggestions received.
11. Notifying App users about updates or changes to the services provided.

Relaxology may also use your Personal Information more generally for the following purposes:

1. Monitoring and managing the use of the App, supporting and improving performance efficiency, including the development, user experience, and functions of the App.
2. Providing assistance related to technical difficulties or operational issues with the App or services.
3. Generating statistical information and analytical data to be tested, researched, analyzed, developed, and used for commercial partnerships and collaborations. 
4. Preventing, detecting, and investigating any prohibited, illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent activities.

Although Relaxology has implemented security technologies and processes to help protect your Personal Information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic payment method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee that your Personal Information will not be intercepted, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by unauthorized third parties. Therefore, Relaxology cannot guarantee the confidentiality of your Personal Information. Consequently, you are responsible for the security of the devices you use.

Managing and Updating Personal Information

Subject to applicable laws and regulations, you may access and edit the Personal Information held by and under the control of Relaxology by visiting the “Account” tab, which will display several options regarding your Personal Information. You may also contact customer care via the “Help Center” tab.

About the App

PT Acupressure Academy (“Relaxology,” or “We”) provides the App in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set forth below. Before using the Services available on the App, you are advised to carefully read and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, as they affect your rights and obligations under applicable law.

By registering for and/or using this Application, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of the Relaxology Application Terms of Use, as well as to the additional Relaxology Application Terms of Use, which form an integral and inseparable part of these Relaxology Application Terms of Use (The Relaxology App Terms of Use and the additional Relaxology App Terms of Use, along with any other subsequent amendments, shall collectively be referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”). Although they form a single entity, both the additional and non-additional Terms and Conditions applicable to Relaxology shall be treated equally in the context of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date stated in the Terms of Service. Relaxology may modify, add to, remove, correct, and/or update these Terms and Conditions at any time by uploading the revised Terms and Conditions to the App; in the event of material changes, Relaxology will update the date at the top of these Terms of Service, and the User waives any right the User may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Therefore, Relaxology advises Customers to review this Terms and Conditions or Terms of Service page from time to time to check for any changes. Such changes take effect immediately upon being uploaded to this Terms and Conditions page, and the User’s continued use of the App after such changes are uploaded constitutes the User’s acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions 

Welcome to the Relaxology App (“App”), where App users (“you” or “Customer”) can book treatments through Relaxology by purchasing or booking via the App (“Service”). Relaxology aims to provide you with the best possible Service through the App and hopes that by using the App, you can enjoy a simple and convenient experience to access products or treatments quickly and easily.

Customers can book services through the Relaxology App using several available methods, including “Book Now” and “Book for Later,” which include the options “Same Day” and “Next Day.”

For each of these booking methods, the Customer understands and agrees to be bound by the definitions, explanations, and terms and conditions established by Relaxology, which may change at any time in accordance with applicable policies.

Book Now

Booking a service via “Book Now” means that the Customer will book the service while at the outlet and make the booking in person with frontline staff.

Book for Later – Same Day

Booking the “Book for Later – Same Day” service is a booking method where the Customer books the service via the App on the same day as the selected service schedule.

Book for Later – Next Day

The “Book for Later – Next Day” service booking means that the Customer will book a service when the Customer books a service for the following day.

Terms and Conditions for Service Booking or Online Booking

Customers who have made a Service Booking or Online Booking agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions established by Relaxology, as follows:

1. Not all Relaxology outlets have the same operating hours, which are 09:00–23:00; since some Relaxology outlets are integrated with malls or shopping centers, their hours will align with the applicable operating hours of those locations.
2. Your order will be processed by Relaxology once payment has been made and confirmed as successful, and you must comply with the applicable terms and conditions.
3. If the service booking has been confirmed as successful, you are required to arrive at the designated or selected outlet at least 15 minutes before the treatment begins
4. If the Customer is likely to arrive late, with a 15-minute grace period for lateness, the following conditions apply:

1. If the Customer is less than 15 minutes late, the Customer will receive the full treatment duration as per the selected service.
2. If the Customer is more than 15 minutes late, the service duration will be reduced by the length of the delay; for example, if the Customer selects a 60-minute treatment and is more than 15 minutes late, the Customer will receive a 45-minute treatment.

1. Service bookings via the App must be made 1 hour before the Relaxology outlet’s closing time; for example, if the outlet closes at 11:00 PM, the service booking via the App must be made by 10:00 PM.
2. Relaxology offers several payment options, such as RX Coins (Wallet); customers can top up their balance; or the Virtual Account (VA) provided by a Third Party.
3. Orders that have been confirmed as successful cannot be canceled, but rescheduling is possible subject to the established terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for “Book Now”

Booking the “Book Now” service means that the Customer will book the service while at the outlet and make the booking in person with frontline staff.

Customers agree to use the “Order Now” service subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The customer must be at or near the nearest outlet to be visited; orders can be placed while near the outlet or in front of Relaxology frontline staff.
2. The customer agrees to make cashless payments via the methods provided by Relaxology. Available payment methods include RX Coins (via top-up to a Virtual Account) and direct payment via a Virtual Account (VA).
3. Customers may select a therapist from those available through the Relaxology system.
4. The customer agrees to provide Personal Information to place an order and agrees to provide the information listed in the App to frontline staff at the outlet corresponding to the selected outlet or the rescheduled location in accordance with applicable terms and conditions.
5. For customers who have placed a “Book Now” order, the order cannot be canceled or rescheduled for any reason. 
6. Customers must complete payment within the specified 5-minute time limit. 
7. All orders placed via the App and listed in the “Activities” menu and the “Book for Later” submenu cannot be canceled under any circumstances or for any reason.
8. All types of transactions within the App cannot be refunded or returned for any reason. 

Terms and Conditions for “Order for Later – Same Day”

Ordering the “Order for Later – Same Day” service is a method where the Customer places an order through the App on the same day as the selected service schedule.

The Customer agrees to use the “Book for Later – Same Day” service under the established terms and conditions, as follows:

1. The Customer agrees to make cashless payments via the methods provided by Relaxology. Available payment methods include RX Coins (via top-up to a Virtual Account) and direct payment via a Virtual Account (VA). 
2. The customer may select a therapist from those available through the Relaxology system.
3. The Customer agrees to provide Personal Information to place an order and agrees to provide the information listed in the App to frontline staff at the outlet corresponding to the selected outlet or the rescheduled outlet in accordance with applicable terms and conditions.
4. All orders placed via the App and listed in the “Activities” menu and the “Book for Later” submenu cannot be canceled under any circumstances or for any reason.
5. All transactions made within the App are non-refundable under any circumstances. 
6. Users who have booked a service may reschedule as follows:

1. Customers may reschedule up to 3 hours before the treatment begins.
2. Customers may reschedule once.
3. If a reschedule or schedule change is made, there will be an adjustment to the available therapists at the destination or selected outlet without exception.

Terms and Conditions for “Book for Later – Next Day”

Booking the “Book for Later – Next Day” service means that the Customer is booking a service for the following day.

The Customer agrees to use the Book for Later service under the established terms and conditions, as follows:

1. The Customer agrees to make cashless payments via the methods provided by Relaxology. Available payment methods include RX Coins (via top-up to a Virtual Account) and direct payment via a Virtual Account (VA). 
2. The Customer may select a therapist from those available through the Relaxology system.
3. The Customer agrees to provide Personal Information to place an order and agrees to provide the information listed in the App to frontline staff at the outlet corresponding to the selected outlet or the rescheduled outlet in accordance with applicable terms and conditions.
4. All orders placed via the App and listed in the “Activities” menu and the “Book for Later” submenu cannot be canceled under any circumstances or for any reason.
5. All transactions made within the App are non-refundable under any circumstances. 
6. Customers who have ordered a service may reschedule as follows:

1. Customers may reschedule 1 day after placing a “Book for Later – Next Day” order.
2. Customers may reschedule a maximum of 3 times, and this must be done within 12 hours before the treatment is scheduled to begin.
3. Customers can reschedule up to 7 days after booking a “Book for Later – Next Day” appointment; for example, if a service is scheduled for the 1st, the appointment can be rescheduled until the 8th.
4. If you reschedule or change the appointment, the available therapist at the destination or selected location will be adjusted without exception.

Terms and Conditions for Complaints

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, if a Customer feels that the service provided at Relaxology does not meet expectations, the Customer is entitled to receive free compensation in the form of a complimentary treatment in accordance with applicable regulations, provided the following conditions occur:

1. When a Customer selects a service and there is a discrepancy with the service being provided.
2. The Customer receives unsatisfactory service from Relaxology staff, whether frontline staff or therapists.
3. Customers wishing to file a complaint during or after booking a service must provide a receipt or invoice.
4. Customers must be willing to provide Personal Information for verification of treatment data during or after the treatment.
5. The complaint period is 3 days from the completion of the treatment.

Relaxology reserves the right to assess, at its discretion, any complaint submitted by a Customer (including but not limited to the conditions mentioned above).

Account, Password, and Security

1. The User hereby declares that the User is a competent and capable person to enter into a legally binding agreement. If the User does not meet these requirements but still accesses or uses the Application, Services, or Payment Methods, the User declares and warrants that the User’s actions of opening, accessing, or performing other activities within the Application have been approved by the User’s parent, guardian, or legal representative.
2. The User expressly waives any legal right to rescind or revoke any and all consents the User has provided under these Terms and Conditions upon the User reaching the age of legal majority.
3. Relaxology does not charge a registration fee to Users.
4. Registered Users are entitled to act as buyers or purchasers of products, services, and treatments from Relaxology.
5. Registration is done using a mobile phone number along with a one-time password (OTP) that will be sent to the registered mobile phone number.
6. When using the Application and/or Services, the User is prohibited from doing the following:

1.  creating and/or using devices, software, features, and/or other tools intended to manipulate the Application system, including but not limited to: (i) manipulating Application data; (ii) crawling or scraping activities; (iii) automated transactions; (iv) other activities that may reasonably be deemed as system manipulation;
2.  misusing or using the Application, Services, or Payment Methods for fraudulent purposes, causing inconvenience to others, placing fake orders, or engaging in other actions that may or are deemed to cause harm of any kind to others;
3.  removing any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained within the Application (if any); and
4.  using and/or accessing the Application without authorization to damage, weaken, or endanger any aspect of the Application, Services, or related systems and networks.

1. Users are personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account for all activities occurring within the User’s Account.
2. Relaxology will never request a username, SMS verification code, or OTP code for a User’s Account under any circumstances. Therefore, Relaxology urges Users not to provide such data or any other important information to parties claiming to represent Relaxology or to any other parties whose security cannot be guaranteed.
3. The User agrees to ensure that they will notify Relaxology if there is any unauthorized use of their password or Account. Relaxology will take such actions as it deems necessary and feasible regarding such unauthorized use.
4. The User hereby acknowledges that Relaxology, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, and/or employees shall not be liable for any losses or issues arising from the misuse of the User Account caused by the User’s negligence, including but not limited to, lending or granting access to the Account to third parties, accessing links or URLs provided by third parties, disclosing or showing the OTP code, passwords, or email addresses to third parties, or any other negligence on the part of the User that results in loss or issues with the User Account. In such cases, Relaxology will consider any use or order made through the User Account as a valid request from the User.
5. The User understands and agrees to use the one-time password (OTP) security feature, and the costs associated with the relevant telecommunications service provider for this purpose are fully borne by Relaxology.

New User

“New User” refers to a User who registers a name and mobile phone number that has not previously been registered on the App and enters an optional referral code to receive benefits or attractive rewards. All promotions conducted by Relaxology regarding New Users will follow this definition.

User Privacy or Personal Information is of utmost importance to Relaxology. By using the App or providing information within the App, the User agrees that Relaxology may collect, use, disclose, and process the User’s Personal Information or personal data. The collection, storage, processing, use, and sharing of the User’s Personal Information—such as the email address and mobile phone number provided when the User creates an Account—are subject to the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

Service Prices

Relaxology reserves the right to change product prices from time to time at its discretion without prior notice to the User. Price changes will take effect once implemented within the App and will not affect transactions already paid for by the User.

Complaints regarding product delivery experienced by the User may be reported to the Customer Service number on the App.

Service Charge

Customers agree to Relaxology’s terms and conditions regarding the addition of a “Service Charge” of 3.5% for each transaction, which will be charged to the Customer; this amount will be allocated entirely to employees as a token of appreciation for the service provided to the Customer.

Promotions

Changes to treatment prices or service charges related to promotions held by Relaxology will follow the terms and conditions of the current promotion.

Payment

Users may make payments for products purchased through the Service using electronic payment methods provided by third parties (“Payment Method Providers”) on the App, including e-money, credit facilities, or other payment methods (“Payment Methods”), which may change at any time at Relaxology’s sole discretion.

To make a payment via a Payment Method, the User must be officially registered with the Payment Method Provider of the User’s choice and use the User’s own payment credentials. In the event the User uses another party’s registered credentials, the User is fully responsible for all necessary authorizations and any losses or disputes arising between the User and such other party.

Relaxology reserves the right to refuse or delay processing the User’s payment request via the Payment Method for certain reasons, including but not limited to indications or sufficient grounds for Relaxology to suspect fraud, deception, violation of the Terms and Conditions, violation of applicable laws and regulations, or other unreasonable or suspicious actions.

Rights Granted by the User to Relaxology

The User grants Relaxology the right to (1) allow the Relaxology Service to use the processor, bandwidth, and storage hardware on the User’s device to facilitate the operation of the Service, (2) provide advertisements and other information to the User, and (3) allow Relaxology’s business partners to do the same. In any part of the Relaxology Service, the content the User accesses, including its selection and placement, may be influenced by commercial considerations, including Relaxology’s agreements with third parties.

If the User provides feedback, ideas, or suggestions to Relaxology regarding the Relaxology Service or content (“Feedback”), the User acknowledges that such Feedback is not confidential and the User grants Relaxology the right to use such Feedback without restriction and without payment to the User. Feedback is considered a type of User content.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Relaxology, ITS OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR:

1. LOSSES OR DAMAGES (INCLUDING INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES) THAT ARE UNFORESEEABLE, EXCEPT FOR LOSSES OR DAMAGES THAT ARE FORESEEABLE AND CLEARLY OCCURRED AND WHICH CONSTITUTE NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF Relaxology;

1. ANY:

1. LOSS OF USE;
2. LOSS OF DATA;

LOSS OF BUSINESS;

1. LOSS OF PROFITS; OR

1. DAMAGE TO DEVICES, WHEN THE USER COULD HAVE AVOIDED IT BY FOLLOWING Relaxology’S RECOMMENDATIONS TO INSTALL APPLICATION OR CONTENT UPDATES, OR IF THE DAMAGE WAS CAUSED BECAUSE THE USER DID NOT FOLLOW THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS CORRECTLY OR FAILED TO MEETTHE MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS RECOMMENDED BY Relaxology, IN ALL CASES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE Relaxology APPLICATION, DEVICE, THIRD-PARTY APPLICATIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY APPLICATION CONTENT, regardless of the legal theory, regardless of whether Relaxology was informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if remedial efforts fail to achieve their primary purpose;

1. THE NON-PERFORMANCE, INADEQUATE PERFORMANCE, OR DELAY IN THE PERFORMANCE OF OBLIGATIONS ARISING FROM THE AGREEMENT CAUSED BY FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS THAT COULD NOT REASONABLY HAVE BEEN FORESEEN OR ARE BEYOND THE CONTROL OF Relaxology.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit Relaxology’s liability for fraud, misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, and where required by applicable law, gross negligence.

THIS PROVISION APPLIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. USERS MAY HAVE RIGHTS UNDER APPLICABLE LAW IN THEIR JURISDICTION GOVERNING REMEDIES OTHER THAN THOSE SET FORTH ABOVE.

Relaxology always strives to keep the Relaxology Service safe, convenient, and functioning properly, but Relaxology cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that access to the Relaxology Service will always be flawless. Information and data on the website and/or App may not be real-time.

You agree that you use the Relaxology Services at your own risk, and the Relaxology Services are provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” and to the extent permitted by applicable law, Relaxology excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the App or the Services and their use (including, without limitation, any implied warranties under applicable law regarding satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).

Relaxology has no obligation whatsoever, including to take further action or legal action deemed necessary by the User, regarding any issues or disputes arising between the User and the Delivery Party, Payment Method Provider, or any other third party in connection with the Services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Relaxology (including its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, and employees) shall not be liable, and the User agrees not to hold Relaxology, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, and employees liable, for any damages or losses (including but not limited to loss of money, reputation, profits, or other intangible losses) resulting directly or indirectly from:

1. The User’s use of or inability to use the Relaxology Service.

1. Product prices, shipping, or other information available on the Relaxology Service.

1. Delays or disruptions in the Relaxology Service.

1. Negligence and losses caused by each User.

1. Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights.

1. Disputes between Users.

1. Defamation of another party.

1. Any misuse of products purchased by the User.

1. Losses resulting from unofficial payments to parties other than Relaxology’s official account, made in any way under the name of Relaxology, or due to errors in account details and/or other information, and/or negligence on the part of the bank.

1. Viruses or other malicious software (bots, scripts, automation tools other than the Power Merchant feature, hacking tools) obtained by accessing or connecting to the Relaxology Service.

1. Any disruptions, bugs, errors, or inaccuracies in the Relaxology Service.

1. Damage to the User’s hardware resulting from the use of any Relaxology Service.

1. Content, actions, or inactions by third parties, including those related to products within the Relaxology App that are suspected to be counterfeit.

1. Enforcement actions taken in connection with the User’s Account.

1. Hacking of the User’s Account by a third party.

Indemnification

The User shall indemnify and hold harmless Relaxology, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, and/or employees from any claims for damages and shall defend Relaxology, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, and/or employees from any claims or demands, including reasonable legal fees, made by third parties arising from the User’s violation of these Terms and Conditions and/or the Privacy Policy, improper use of the App, and/or the User’s violation of laws, regulations, or the rights of third parties.

Intellectual Property Rights

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Relaxology reserves the right to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or the Service or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason. Users are prohibited from copying or framing any part or the entirety of the App’s content, or from altering or modifying the App, or creating alternative versions of the App, with the intent to create competing products or services that utilize ideas, features, functions, or graphics resembling the App. All proprietary content, trademarks, service marks, brand names, logos, and other intellectual property displayed in the App are registered property of Relaxology, its affiliates, or its licensors. Users may not republish, sell, rent, or sublicense, reproduce, use, or copy any material from the Application, or redistribute content from Relaxology or its affiliates (except for content specifically created for redistribution).

Relaxology reserves the right to update the App at any time. Currently, the official App software is available for download on Android and iOS, subject to changes in the requirements for both systems, and is intended solely for use on mobile phones or tablets. Downloading the App from sources other than official digital marketplaces and/or onto devices other than mobile phones or tablets constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions and of our intellectual property rights. Relaxology recommends that Users update the App from time to time. There is a possibility that the App may not be compatible with the versions of Android and iOS that the User has installed on their device. For this reason, Users must always accept updates to the App when they become available. Relaxology may cease providing the Service through the App and may terminate its use at any time without providing Users with a termination notice. Therefore, following such termination, all rights and licenses granted to Users under these Terms and Conditions (if any) will terminate, and Users must cease using the App and delete it from their devices.

These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a sales agreement and do not grant the User any ownership rights in or related to the Services, software, and/or the App, or any intellectual property rights owned by Relaxology, its affiliates, and/or its licensors. The name Relaxology, the Relaxology logo, the Services, the software and/or the Application, and the logos of the Delivery Parties and the names of products associated with the software and/or the Application are trademarks of Relaxology, Relaxology’s affiliates, or third parties, and no rights or licenses are granted to use them.

Miscellaneous

To ensure the quality of Relaxology’s Services to Users, the App requires registration for an account (“Account”) by selecting a unique username and password and providing the User’s Personal Information. Users may use their User Account to place service orders and earn RelaxMiles and RelaxCreedit. Users are required to keep their user ID and Account password confidential and to log out of their Account at the end of each session. Please notify Relaxology immediately of any unauthorized use of the User Account, and ensure that User Account information is accurate and up-to-date. Users are fully responsible for all activities occurring under their User Account, even if such activities or use were not performed by the User. Relaxology, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, and/or employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the unauthorized use of the User’s password or the User’s failure to comply with this paragraph. Relaxology reserves the right to deny the User access to the Site or Services or to permit the User to open an Account for any reason.

Please note that using the App requires an active internet connection; therefore, the User must ensure that their mobile device has an internet connection while using the App, whether provided by the User’s mobile network provider or via Wi-Fi. The App will function optimally if the User has access to Wi-Fi, sufficient data allowance, and a stable internet connection; otherwise, the App will not function, and Relaxology, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, and/or employees shall not be held liable for such issues. There is also a possibility that the User’s mobile provider may charge data fees during the connection while using the App, and by using the App, the User accepts responsibility for such fees, including data roaming charges if the User uses the App outside their home region (i.e., region or country) without turning off data roaming.

You understand and agree that these Terms and Conditions constitute an electronic agreement, and your action of clicking the ‘sign up’ when opening an Account or the ‘Log In’ tab when accessing the User’s Account constitutes the User’s active consent to be bound by an agreement with Relaxology, such that the validity of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy is legally valid and binding and remains in effect throughout the User’s use of the App and Services. The User shall not raise any claims or objections regarding the validity of these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy, which are provided in electronic form.

The User may not assign the User’s rights under these Terms and Conditions without Relaxology’s prior written consent. However, Relaxology may assign Relaxology’s rights under these Terms and Conditions at any time to another party without needing to obtain prior consent from or provide prior notice to the User.

If the User fails to comply with or violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions, and Relaxology does not take immediate action, this does not mean that Relaxology waives its right to take necessary action at a later time. These Terms and Conditions remain in effect even after temporary suspension, permanent suspension, removal of the Application, or after the termination of this agreement between the User and Relaxology.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity, enforceability, and effect of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.

These Terms and Conditions are drafted in both Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two, the provisions in the Indonesian version shall prevail.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to the choice of law or conflict of laws provisions of any jurisdiction, and any dispute, action, claim, or cause of action arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Services shall be referred to the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (“BANI”), in accordance with the BANI Rules as amended from time to time (“Rules”) by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement between the User and Relaxology (“Arbitrator”).

If the User and Relaxology cannot agree on an arbitrator, the Arbitrator shall be appointed by the Chairperson of BANI in accordance with the Rules. The location and venue of the arbitration shall be Jakarta, conducted in the Indonesian language, and the costs of the Arbitrator shall be borne jointly by the User and Relaxology, provided that the Arbitrator may request that such costs be borne in such a manner as the Arbitrator determines necessary to ensure that this arbitration clause is enforceable under applicable law.

The User hereby agrees that pursuant to Article 60 of Law No. 30 of 1999 (“Arbitration Law”), the arbitration award is final and binding on the User and Relaxology, and accordingly, the User and Relaxology have no right to appeal the arbitration award. The parties hereby also expressly exclude the provisions of Articles 48.1 and 73(b) of the Arbitration Law so that the mandate to the Arbitrator as set forth in these Terms and Conditions remains in effect until a final arbitration decision has been rendered by the Arbitrator.
